All too often wisdom is associated with how many years we have lived, rather than the lessons we have learned.
Logic says that the older we are the more experiences we have and therefore, the more wise we must become. But we only gain wisdom when we learn from our experiences and to do that we must reflect, explore and contemplate.
'Wise at Any Age' invites the reader to explore the many avenues to gaining wisdom, regardless of age. It is written in an accessible way, including a multitude of different tools and paths to appeal to all learning types.

Full of useful hints and tips to use what life throws at you and turn them into opportunities wherever and whenever. Inspiring and encouraging instead of lecturing, with points that are often accompanied with amusing stories and examples which add a personal and friendly feel to this useful guide. I thoroughly enjoyed reading and absorbing this book, and will definitely be referring back to inspire myself to be more mindful and less sheeple! So to the man in the park who commented: “She’s so young, what does she know about wisdom?” I’d definitely encourage you to have a read and see what this wise young owl has to say :)
Some books entertain. Some books distract. This book makes you think. It's beautifully illustrated too and is designed to let you jot your own thoughts and ramblings. Be curious, learn from people you meet everyday and don't be too hard on yourself - priceless.
