May 4, 2013What utter drivel this book contains. Can she be serious?? It is pretty poorly written. Maybe it is just an ego trip... You have to wonder how many copies of this supposed "money spinner" have been sold!
Jun 1, 2009"Review of "The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon"" "The games of Spanish 21 and Pontoon, when first introduced by casinos, were deemed by the experts as unbeatable. While the sharp players were counting cards at the blackjack tables, Katarina Walker was a step ahead of the pros. She actually took a step back and performed a complete analysis on these new games. After determining the games were beatable, she developed complete strategies for the optimal advantage. Then walking the walk, she went out and beat the games. In her book "The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon," Katarina provides us with the most thorough analysis and strategies anyone could ask for. Outlined in a clear, easy-to-follow manner, the reader can learn the methods and get to the tables in a matter of time." - Rick "Night Train" Blaine, Part-Time Pro Player and Author of "Blackjack Blueprint"
Feb 6, 2009"Review of "The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon"" As is often the case in gambling, cursory investigation, erroneous assumptions, and limited information can lead to missed opportunities. Such has been the case with Spanish 21. "The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21" sheds more light on this game and its associated earning potential than any source before it. It belongs on the bookshelf of any serious blackjack player." - Anthony Curtis, Blackjack expert and publisher of "Las Vegas Advisor"
Dec 14, 2008"The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon" A great book containing excellent, well-presented material with good use of tables. I can think of no negatives to describe this work, only superlatives. The index and glossary help make it easy to use. Stanford Wong, from www.bj21.com, author of Professional Blackjack
Jul 21, 2008"Review of "The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon"" "The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21" will put the game on the map forever, and is also going to establish Ms Walker as one of the brightest stars in the Blackjack firmament - an authority with impeccable credentials, whose future works, I predict, will be seriously sought after in the years to come." - Don Schlesinger, author of "Blackjack Attack: Playing the Pros' Way"
