"Be opened." I teeter on the edge, this breaking point my mind, it kills me inside to know that i’m the only one who knows, i’m sinking so dangerously low, on this unstable bridge, sometimes i think it would be easier, to just let it all give way. I usually don't make public knowledge of the fact that I have lived with Bi-Polar for 15yrs. But here I will make an exception. I don't write about my experiences either. I leave that to writers like Kate and Ellie Ringland. The poetry itself is flawless and so personally involving, poignantly stylistic. I actually found it difficult to read for that very reason, finding my own voice relayed so eloquently to me by another younger women's voice. This is a must read book. Not because of what it might teach you about a friend or loved one who is similarly suffering. But because I have been writing for 7 years and I wish I could write poetry so well. H K Daniels.
