A battle between good and evil rages inside everybody at some point in time. If both are given a fair chance at domination who will have the advantage depends on what is more ethical, good or evil. These forces within us sometimes blind each other until eventually there is no right or wrong. The only decision that remains constant is choice. Welcome to Omaeka, a unique revolutionary journey which delves into the deepest realms of someone's mind, taking you in many directions but mostly towards the truth as the author sees it. This is a lot more than just a book; it's a whole new perspective on everyday life and human nature... disturbing and offensive... is the author a nut case, a split personality? Is this book closer to reality than its disclaimer claims? Fact or fiction? You decide... Warning: not for sensitive readers!

28th June 2009 REVIEW of OMAEKA, author Kaylen Kensley I am no writer, not much of a reader either, yet there was something about this book that got my appetite for reading, craving for more. I cannot pinpoint what it was. I cannot narrow it down to the depth the author used to describe the emotions felt or the random illustrations used to create the visions and images to help sketch the picture. Maybe it’s the realism I experienced. Many times it felt as if I was reading about myself. Was this author getting into my head already? Or was he merely bringing to life the voice in my head? I am a bit of an “Abby” (abnormal being) myself, yet I walk around daily being this conformed individual. This book sets you free. I know the author personally but I take the chance of stating my opinion. Is this risky? Maybe…but this book has taught me to not restrict myself. Personally I feel that he has taken his everyday life experiences, documented the way he lived it and then used his life given... More > character to say the things he really wanted to say, but, did he lack the backbone? …no, not really, he voiced it in this book and called it fiction, so not to offend anyone. I can totally connect with that because it’s honest. Be brave and go with what this book teaches you. Be warned if you do not have a strong belief system of your own, he could win you over, or, you might want to change what you believed before. Either way, many of us can relate to feeling alone and miserable in this lifetime. We just want to belong, but we can’t seem to find that special person or that certain something that makes you tick. It is said, “You cannot change the world but you can change the way you look at this world”. This book might just do that. A warning to the female readers out there. You might find yourself being attracted to these characters. You will find yourself feeling as if the author is speaking directly to you. Better put your guard up, unless you are of those hopeless, pathetic women out there who will change who they are for a man. I say, screw these characters. That’s what they are, characters !!!. Ladies, strengthen your personalities and take them down. Ok, wait, maybe I’m wrong to say that, maybe some of you want to be dictated to. Me, I’m not auditioning for Mrs Mishima. Who’s that? Read the book. If you curious about yourself and always felt that you were different from the rest, then you will enjoy this book. It will mind-fuck you, insult you and yet so glamorously establish a connection with you. Amidst all the uncertain, unpredictable things in life, there is always one fact you can expect with some degree of certainty, that is, as sure as night follows day, human frailty will emerge. Often when least expected …. OMAEKA, can help. Enjoy!!! Review By Heidi Maggott< Less

This book started off strangely was quite profane but very honest. Whether or not it is fictitious I cant say for sure, but I really enjoyed it. Made for very easy reading and I'm awaiting Volume 2. Charmaine
