"Pipe Dreams" Dear Keith Westmacott, It is now a few days ago since I finished your book and I just want to congratulate you on a superb job done. Pipe Dreams keept me awake for a few nights, but it were wonderful nights. Without giving you too much "lip-servivce", I want you to know that I enjoyed every minute, every page and every sentiment and excitement you have managed to bring into this work of art. Man, how do you do it? Thanks to your excellent way of describing the situations, the figures and the characters - I felt easily acquainted with the story and the persons - and their personalities, feelings, thoughts, worries, desires, ambitions and aspirations. The book may be long, but it was easy to read and I constantly felt impatient to read what was coming on the next page. This meant, it was hard to leave - which explain the long nights with no sleep. I felt a strange feeling of sadness when I had finished the book - like having to say goodby to... More > friends after an exiting, long and eventful journey. I am looking forward to read the continuation of the story in Pipe Dreams 2 Jan Stranges< Less
"Re: Pipe Dreams" Thank you very much for your kind words and praise you have given to my book. I'm delighted you found the story and the characters gripping, but I'm sorry that they kept you from sleeping at night! I too had sleepless nights worrying about what was going to happen next! And what will happen next? Well we will have to see who wins the next election in the Ukraine in September - will Sergei Petrov be freed and return to South America where Hugo Chavez is having to rethink his Pipe Dreams. And if he does will Philip Westmann be tempted to come out of retirement yet again? You maybe be sure the CIA will keep an eye on things if he does. And what of the beautiful Gabriella? Will she be happy to stay out of the sun she has been so used to? In the meantime, you and I need to catch up on our sleep! Sweet (Pipe) Dreams!
