    This program really works especially if you follow the nutrition suggestions. It is one the the most comprehensive workout programs I have ever done. You really feel every muscle group getting worked. I feel great when the workout is over as oppose to tired. I have also had the great fortune of meeting Kelli and Daniel in person and they are exactly what you see in the videos - encouraging, kind and very knowledgeable about fitness. I highly recommend getting this program and I will be purchasing the new 8 week fat loss for busy people.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE Fitness Blender!! The best thing about Fitness Blender and this program is that every single day is a brand new workout. Nothing repeats and I never get bored. I've completed the progam and now have bought the 8 Week Program - Round One. Thanks so much Kelli and Daniel!

    I have 4 daughters - my baby is 4 mos old. I was tired and lazy. I knew I had to make a change, so I saw this on you tube but had no idea how to arrange my workouts or how to eat healthy. I tried their program and I've lost 10 lbs inches off my waist, arms, gained muscle on my thighs, and calves. My arms even look defined. All I can say is I gave this 100%, it was incredibly difficult, but VERY doable. I just bought their 8 week, the 1st one, I'm excited. Thank you so much Kelli and Daniel - I can't thank you enough. I am finally getting my fiancé to do this. We have completely changed our way of eating to a fresh and healthy one. Kids love it !

    This was the first program I bought from Fitness Blender, and after the first 2 weeks of the program I also bought the 8 Weeks Fat Loss Program for Busy People. :) I've just completed this program and the overall experience was awesome. I really loved the workouts, and I've lost 5.5 pounds. Basically, I'm only 2 pounds away from my best shape weight ever (hope to get even fitter than that). On Monday I will start the 8 Weeks Fat Loss Program for Busy People. Can't wait to see the progress I've made since 4 weeks ago regarding my FPT.

    I am DONE looking for decent videos for workouts! Kelli and Daniel do an AMAZING job with the cues, the encouragement, and the choreography of their workouts. Clean, few if any frills, pleasant voices and speech patterns, positive reinforcement and a LOT of sweat make up these workouts! I am slooowly losing weight and see a difference in the way my clothes fit and in the way I move. I am finishing the 4 week program and bought the new 8 week program. I am trying to get my husband (who has bad knees) to try the low impact program so bought that one for when I can't be on decent flooring. I'll be back for more from them! Oh - one complaint: wifi or a wicked data plan is needed to view the videos.... One advice: have a decent mat to jump, etc. on for the workouts.
