Nov 3, 2016I love Fitness Blender! This is an awesome program! I am a stay at home mom/wife and an online college student. This really helps me achieve my fitness goals. I actually live on a 2nd level housing so I work out in the balcony/patio to try not annoy my neighbors on the first floor. On that note, I do hope Fitness Blender comes up with pdf images aside from the links or maybe downloadable videos so their customers can work out in places where internet/wifi may not be available.

Sep 28, 2016I've used FitnessBlender's free workout videos for a few years now and they have always been great. But recently, I hit a plateau in terms of progress and was starting to view working out as a chore. This program, with ease, has given me the structure I need to keep my workouts consistent - with fast results and minimal equipment. Though I was already in relatively fit shape, I had some aesthetic goals, and these HIIT workouts are really helping. I don't think that I've lost much weight, but my clothes are fitting a bit more loosely, and I am seeing amazing results, and I feel really good after completing a workout. I might cancel my gym membership, invest in some more kettle bells and dumbbells, and continue with FitnessBlender's workouts instead. Thank you Kelli and Daniel!
Sep 12, 2016This program is amazing. I have been a workout program aficionado for years and have used many Beach Body programs and products, among others. Kelli and Daniel's program is more doable, more motivating, and delivers results at least as good, if not better. Thank you for putting out high quality programs that are affordable, accessible, and change people's lives. I highly recommend the nutrition program along with this as well.
Nov 22, 2014This program really works especially if you follow the nutrition suggestions. It is one the the most comprehensive workout programs I have ever done. You really feel every muscle group getting worked. I feel great when the workout is over as oppose to tired. I have also had the great fortune of meeting Kelli and Daniel in person and they are exactly what you see in the videos - encouraging, kind and very knowledgeable about fitness. I highly recommend getting this program and I will be purchasing the new 8 week fat loss for busy people.
