    I have been doing this 8 week program for a little over 3 weeks in tandem with the 4 week meal plan. so far i have lost 6 pounds and 2% body fat plus about 3 or 4 inches of my waist. :) im super excited to see results already. the 8 week program is intense most of the time. i definitely have been drenched in sweat a time or two. i feel sore a lot, not in a bad way, so i know im getting a good workout. this program kicks my butt way more than a gym ever did. thanks Daniel and Kelli! you to are great inspiration and motivation.

    I had a great time with this program. It was a nice change from my regular routine and with the eating tips and the variation of workouts, I started to notice definition in areas that never had definition. Thanks for a great 8 week program. I will be trying the Round 3 program as well!

    I've been using Fitness Blenders free youtube videos to help me on my journey to fitness, and I must say, so much better than the gym!!! I am now happy with my purchase with the program to help motivate me even more and of course help out Fitness Blender! Love you guys!
