    I'm finished with day 14 and I can already say this is my new favorite book! I love that the links are included with each day's routine. The description of the workout and how it will help your body is very motivating, especially on a harder workout day. A few weeks in and I've already lost 8 lbs. The way they present the videos and explain proper technique motivates me to do better. I've never been enthusiastic about exercising, but now my day is not complete if I don't do one of their videos! I talk about this book and the Fitness Blender website to anyone who will listen!

    I love this program! It is like working out with a personal trainer. There is no load music, no videos packed with uber fit people, no instructor yelling at you or talking through the whole video. Just you and a single instructor. On the surface the program appears to be deceptively simplistic, like 60 seconds of jumping jacks. I discovered 60 seconds is a long to do any exercise!! I worked out with what I had...2lb weights, exercise ball, and a yoga mat. I have finished the the 8 week Fat Loss Program and lost 16.5 inches, 16 pounds, and 2.6% body fat. I bought a small set of dumb bells and kettle-bells and now I am starting Round 2!

    As I person who used to work at a yoga studio and who practiced yoga for 6 years, I considered myself to be in pretty good shape. But after trying this 8 week program - boy, was I proven wrong! Although I have very good stability and flexibility, I quickly realized how lacking my overall cardio and strength was. Fitness Blender's comprehensive, easy to follow routines are a perfect mix of strength conditioning, cardio, pilates, and stretching; a well-rounded and varied routine is undoubtedly best for overall health and training. Over the last 8 weeks, I've lost some weight (I wasn't very big to begin with) but my overall strength and stamina have improved substantially. I'm absolutely amazed.     i would like to admit that i am very pleased with the quality of service you are providing. I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and service mind. my husband is very much thankful to FITNESS BLENDER just because he got his sexy slim and strong wife back after delivery. special appriciation for the quality of video, audio, service mind, quality of the instructors kelli and daniel. i have stopped hitting gym long back and proved that one can be get slim and strong even at home with a little strong boost. fitness blender is the booster.

    I am already a massive Fitness Blender fan. I found them about 8 months ago on Youtube. With the help of their videos I am 50 lovely pounds lighter. I was stoked when they complied their videos into an 8 week program. I purchased it for the summer. I have a 16 year old daughter that plays very competitive soccer, but she needs a big boost into her strength and fitness. We are having a great time doing this program together. I can't wait to see the results after 8 weeks. Fitness Blender has put together a very easy to follow plan. No hours at the gym, but effective workouts. I love that their videos give modifications both for beginners or for making the workouts even harder. I also was impressed with the food guide portion. I have seen tons of food guides that I need to drop $150 to see, and then its food that no mom of 5 kids at home can go out and afford. Fitness Blender's food concept is much more common sense, as well as doable. Thank you, thank you Fitness Blender!

    Fitness Blender.com's 8-week Fat Loss Program to Lose Weight and Tone Up Fast is pretty much what I've been waiting for all my life. I was on the brink of hopelessness until I started researching HIIT and stumbled upon a Fitness Blender video on YouTube. I immediately went to their website, was very impressed and ordered the 8-week course the next day. I have completed 10 workouts in 12 days and have lost 3 pounds and hope to be at least 12 pounds down at the end of the program, when I plan to re-do the last 4 weeks for more weight loss. What I really want to communicate is how this program has completely motivated, challenged, and encouraged me to stick with the course. I actually have hope that this will help me lose weight because I've seen the tremendous changes in my body already. I feel so good every day after a workout and feel extra wells of strength and energy throughout the day that I never usually have. I love that this program is thoughtfully designed for weight-loss and that I don't have to try to piece together my own workouts. I love the mix-up of focus from day to day between cardio, legs, arms, etc. I love that I am covered in sweat at the end of each workout and I really feel like I've given it my best. I love the timing of all the exercises and stretches - there are enough reps to be challenging and the videos move along at a quick pace - without a lot of lag time. I love the simplicity of the videos and the great voiceover directions - it's not intimidating at all. I love that it's a married couple who does this on their own time for the purpose of helping others. I love the in-depth explanations and details of the workouts and plan in the 8-week course manual. I love that they explain why they do things the way they do, like telling you where you should feel the stretch and what correct form is for an exercise. Mostly, I just love that this program is working for me. Everything I've stated above motivates me to keep going and eat right along with the exercises. If I hadn't seen results, it would have been easy to walk away, but this stuff actually works and, as I said earlier, Fitness Blender has given me hope for my future health.     I love Fitness Blender. The concept is fabulous - great workouts you can do on your own time, in your own place, at your own pace. I've been using Fitness Blender mixed with cardio for the past two months. I was so excited with the release of the 8 week fat loss program and having a specified workout plan instead of piecing it together myself. I'm finishing up my second week of the Fat Loss Program and I'm loving it! It's the perfect combination of strength training & cardio.     Thank you very much for providing such great workouts!!! I am on week 3 of the 8-week program to strengthen, tone, build endurance and for overall better health. The routines get more challenging, but I am also gradually getting stronger and feel ready to be challenged!!! I really do appreciate having the program to follow. It is like having a roadmap to show where I am going and how to get there. The variety is great, and I find that I am very motivated to continue especially with the program to guide me on what to do.

    Loving the program. I purchased the first program and did it with a friend, we both lost lots of inches and decided to come back and get the 8 week Fat Loss program as soon as we saw that it was available. Love the videos and being able to follow along and do them rep by rep, they look easy but boy do they ever work!!. Awesome work and Highly recommended.
