    I accidently purchased this Fitness Blender ebook instead for the Lose Weight and Tone up phase 1 ebook. Since I have it I decided to review it and honestly when I compare it to the other Fitness Blender Ebook this one is disappointing! The other ebooks have links to the exercises making it easy to locate the exercise and follow along. The Ebook just has a list of exercises to do each day. Example: 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest of exercise 1 then exercise 2 repeat this set twice. I feel like its a waste of $8.

    Absolutely incredible! Just completed their 8 week Fat loss and Toning Program and can honestly feel and see results. So refreshing to have different routines already set up with no thought for me in the mornings, and to have such a variety it never gets old. Thanks guys for getting me through a plateau!! Amazing :)

    I purchased this program a couple of months ago and did it with a friend across the pond (England) we followed the program day by day, motivating each other and had great results with lots of inches lost overall, improved on how many push ups we were able to do on our toes as well as in flexibility overall. Incorporating this program into our workout schedule was great to shake things up and keep our motivation going. Love that we can go to the Fitness Blender website for free video and explanations of the exercises. Keep up the great work guys you have loyal fans out there.
