    I bought the 8 weeks weight loss workout from Fitness Blender page via PayPal but I cannot find the PDF download for the nutrition advice. Can anybody help me with this? I have a macbook air mid 2015. Is there anything I need to install? On this page to the bottom right, a little note say that my system does not meet the minimum requirements. Thank you
