Amazing! I had absolutely no idea that "simple" exercises like jumping jacks, squats, and lunges could be so hard. The program looks and sounds simple, but every single routine had me sweating. I saw results after just 2 weeks (10 workouts), and others could see my hard work paying off after an additional week! I haven't kept track of how many lbs. I've lost, however, after finishing the first half of this workout I have lost about 5 inches from my waist and I'm fitting into clothes that I haven't worn in years!

I'm finished with day 14 and I can already say this is my new favorite book! I love that the links are included with each day's routine. The description of the workout and how it will help your body is very motivating, especially on a harder workout day. A few weeks in and I've already lost 8 lbs. The way they present the videos and explain proper technique motivates me to do better. I've never been enthusiastic about exercising, but now my day is not complete if I don't do one of their videos! I talk about this book and the Fitness Blender website to anyone who will listen!

I love this program! It is like working out with a personal trainer. There is no load music, no videos packed with uber fit people, no instructor yelling at you or talking through the whole video. Just you and a single instructor. On the surface the program appears to be deceptively simplistic, like 60 seconds of jumping jacks. I discovered 60 seconds is a long to do any exercise!! I worked out with what I had...2lb weights, exercise ball, and a yoga mat. I have finished the the 8 week Fat Loss Program and lost 16.5 inches, 16 pounds, and 2.6% body fat. I bought a small set of dumb bells and kettle-bells and now I am starting Round 2!

As I person who used to work at a yoga studio and who practiced yoga for 6 years, I considered myself to be in pretty good shape. But after trying this 8 week program - boy, was I proven wrong! Although I have very good stability and flexibility, I quickly realized how lacking my overall cardio and strength was. Fitness Blender's comprehensive, easy to follow routines are a perfect mix of strength conditioning, cardio, pilates, and stretching; a well-rounded and varied routine is undoubtedly best for overall health and training. Over the last 8 weeks, I've lost some weight (I wasn't very big to begin with) but my overall strength and stamina have improved substantially. I'm absolutely amazed. I think it's incredible what Kelli and Daniel have done, as they offer something truly unique; they offer free videos and advice because they truly believe good health and fitness should be attainable and affordable for anyone. i would like to admit that i am very pleased with the quality of service you are providing. I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and service mind. my husband is very much thankful to FITNESS BLENDER just because he got his sexy slim and strong wife back after delivery. special appriciation for the quality of video, audio, service mind, quality of the instructors kelli and daniel. i have stopped hitting gym long back and proved that one can be get slim and strong even at home with a little strong boost. fitness blender is the booster.
