Apr 6, 2015I am a working mother of three children under 4 (when I started this program). I did not have time nor the finances to join a gym but knew I needed to get back in shape (I was a division 1 field hockey player in college). This program has shown me AMAZING results. The first time through, I lost 10 pounds. I know I was not able to hit the full potential of the workouts due to how out of shape I was the first time, so repeated the program to lose 10 more pounds. But more importantly, I can see the results. I haven't been in this great shape since college. I can go for a jog with all three kids and not have to stop. I am so thankful for Kelli and Daniel for these workout programs and am so excited to start the second workout program. My kids love to try to follow along and work out along side me. I have even taken breaks or skipped a day due to sickness and still was able to get back to the program. Thank you!
Jan 10, 2015Can I just say I am in LOVE with Fitness Blender!! My weight loss journey began in July of 2014 and not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for weight loss help. I searched on youtube and found fitness blender and during those weeks I found myself loosing the weight. But due to me not being discipline enough I gained the weight back and it went back and forth. So for the new year I said I will start this and finish. So I purchased the Plan to help me stay focus and let me tell you I started at 200.8 lbs on Jan 2 and I did a weigh in Jan 9 and my weight was 193.8. I lost 7lbs already!! I paired this plan with a healthy meal plan, intermittent fasting, and exercising once in the morning and evening. They do a wonderful job of adding quotes and extra activities to help keep you motivated but you have to keep going! Dec 23, 2014I have had some issues with being able to do the exercises. I like how in many of the newer videos easy/hard versions of the same exercises are often shown. I have gotten very frustrated on a few of the videos in this program that had moves that I could not do, and had to scramble to find some easier way. I was about ready to throw my dumbbell at the screen yesterday because the workout was absolutely full of hard-mode exercises that I couldn't do on my best day. I seriously wanted to have a temper tantrum and quit. However, I am seeing results after two weeks of this program. I'll stick with it, and hopefully at some point I may be able to actually DO all the exercises. I just wish I'd picked one of the newer rounds instead of the first, because hopefully those have more of the recent videos with low/high impact choices for each exercise.

Dec 15, 2014I am just into my Round 1 Week 2 and I am really digging this. I even look forward to waking up at 4:30am to get my workout in and start my day. I never thought I would do that because nothing has ever impressed me to even think about waking up that early. What captured my attention was the diversity of the workouts, the professional appearance, and the challenge without being to incredibly difficult. Thank you for getting me motivated to get back in the game and become more physically fit.
