    I just finished this exercise program and enjoyed how each days work out is planned for me. I started using their exercise videos 2 years ago but found that I was not losing weight or toning like I wanted. With this round I lost 10lbs, lost 2 inches at my natural waist, 2 inches at my belly button, and 3.5 at my hips. My arms are toned and my cardiovascular has improved so much that I can usually keep up with Kelli or Daniel (without hitting the pause button). My two things I didn't like was that these are their older videos so most are them are just counting down when to start and count down when to stop. You don't get that wonderful motivational talk through most of their video in this round. However By the end of the second month you do start seeing some newer video in which you hear Daniels voice encouraging you on. I realized that I really like the timer in their newer videos and really missed it in these videos. It is a Great motivational tool. The other thing that didn't work... More > for me but maybe someone else is splitting up the exercise video sets into two round in one day- with one video and then doing another video at least 4 hours latter. With my schedule that did not really work for me. I have an hour to workout and a farm and children to run. So I just stacked the workout together. Would I recommend this exercise program -totally but only to someone that has a good cardiovascular in place. First week is easy but then then they step it up after that. I would recommend one of there other programs first if you don't have that in place then you can do this round. I have moved on to round 4 and can't wait for the results. Don't let time, kids, work, TV or the computer distract you from taking this 8 week challenge. You will be amazed at the increase of energy -even after one of there intense workout.     It should be noted that a few workouts use more than just you and a pair of dumbbells or bands to do like A treadmill, track, or marked course, a pull up bar, bench or step, medicine ball. I'm sure I can figure something out but I purchased this hoping it would provide all workouts I could do at home with out having to buy anything beyond the dumbbells I own. Otherwise, I'm sure it will be just as good as the Fitness Blender workouts I already am a fan of.

    This guide is absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away after paying so little for it. It's one of the most comprehensive books to healthy eating I've ever read, and provides any information you could possibly need to properly improve your diet and eating lifestyle. The guide is perfect for people like me who don't want to go through the trouble of deciding what to eat for what meals--they've literally planned each and every snack down to the teaspoon, and compiled neat shopping lists for the groceries I need. Actually, I've used many other guides included in premier fitness programs, and this guide is more comprehensive, and easier to use than those other commercial ones. The time and effort these two have put into the guide definitely shine through to distinguish it as a quality, quality product. It's an absolute steal at the price they sell it at, and they should be charging at least double that amount. In summary, if you buy it, you definitely won't regret your purchase.

    Such a wonderful day by day plan. I am in the middle of month two and I can't get enough. This plan has helped me make wiser diet and exercise choices. Fitness Blender has changed my way of thinking for health and fitness. I am a college freshman in my second semester and I am already planning on buying the 8 week program for busy people so that I can continue working out during the summer and even while I am on a week vacation in New York. I can not praise Fitness Blender enough, I love the work outs (especially after work out complete!) because they are challenging yet doable in even my small dorm room.

    I am only on day 3 but I love this program. I have been using Fitness Blender videos for awhile and I love the way my body feels both during and after their kick butt workouts but I still felt lost when it came to what video I should do on what days. This program simplifies this and makes maintaining fitness simple to follow. Like other reviewers have said, DO NOT be fooled by the title of the first week workouts. They are tough and have pushed me every day.

    So far.....the best workout program I have found in the web, love it couse the workouts are videos just to follow,insted of traing to figure out how to do an exercise from a picture....!well done fitness blender!

    This workout programme has been great for me; it's absolutely kicked my ass and I'm quite fit. I'm just over halfway through and while I have only lost a little bit of scale weight I have lost an inch on my waist and can see more definition on my body. I have just purchase the second programme ready to start as soon as I have done with this one. I would say that before you start it, make sure you have the correct equipment like dumbells and a physioball but well worth the investment.

    This is my 2nd week on the program and simply loving the butt kick workouts.....just after 2 weeks i can fit in to my pre pregnancy cloths (yipeee)....though i hvnt lost much weight still, i feel THIN AND FIT....dont get fooled when they say its easy on the 1st week....hahahah it is not.....im sore all over didnt even knw this muscles exists....lol..THANK U MR AND MRS BLENDER.....for the awesome workout.....RESPECT....from SRILANKA
