    I am only on day 3 but I love this program. I have been using Fitness Blender videos for awhile and I love the way my body feels both during and after their kick butt workouts but I still felt lost when it came to what video I should do on what days. This program simplifies this and makes maintaining fitness simple to follow. Like other reviewers have said, DO NOT be fooled by the title of the first week workouts. They are tough and have pushed me every day.

    So far.....the best workout program I have found in the web, love it couse the workouts are videos just to follow,insted of traing to figure out how to do an exercise from a picture....!well done fitness blender!

    This workout programme has been great for me; it's absolutely kicked my ass and I'm quite fit. I'm just over halfway through and while I have only lost a little bit of scale weight I have lost an inch on my waist and can see more definition on my body. I have just purchase the second programme ready to start as soon as I have done with this one. I would say that before you start it, make sure you have the correct equipment like dumbells and a physioball but well worth the investment.

    This is my 2nd week on the program and simply loving the butt kick workouts.....just after 2 weeks i can fit in to my pre pregnancy cloths (yipeee)....though i hvnt lost much weight still, i feel THIN AND FIT....dont get fooled when they say its easy on the 1st week....hahahah it is not.....im sore all over didnt even knw this muscles exists....lol..THANK U MR AND MRS BLENDER.....for the awesome workout.....RESPECT....from SRILANKA

    This is such a great workout program. I have certainly learned very quickly how poor of shape I am in. By the third week I am thinking this was not the best program for me to begin with. I am considering getting one of the 4 week programs, starting from there, and working my way up to the 8 week program. I already see results after just the first two weeks, and I am only doing the prescribed workouts about every other day. Don't be fooled, even the first week is VERY difficult if you are not already in somewhat decent shape. Thanks, FitnessBlender!

    This was the first program I purchased from Fitness Blender (notice I said first and not only) and I'm extremely happy with that decision. I saw results within the first week by sticking to the workout schedule (minus the extra credit) and eating healthy. My body became toned and my energy increased. I've spread the news about Fitness Blender to so many people and will continue to do so.

    I finished this program on November 27, 2013. I had been using Fitness Blender's free workouts for quite a while, but felt like I needed more direction in choosing daily workout videos. This program was exactly what I needed. I lost 10 pounds, shaved a minute off my mile, and feel so much more fit. The results are amazing, the videos are great, and I can't wait to start round 2 tomorrow!

    I've just finished the 1st month of the program today and my weight went from 131lbs to 126lbs! Which means I lost around 1 pound per week which is amazing to me! I wasn't expecting to loose 8 pounds or more cause I normally don't loose fat that fast and my goal weight is 120 anyway. By the end of month 2, I'm confident I will have reach my goal. This program is amazing, it works every body parts and you never get bored cause everyday it's a different workout. If you really follow the program and eat healthy, you're gonna loose weight, guaranteed! And I like it because I don't have to ask myself if I'm doing enough hours of workout per week. It's like working out with personal trainers! Can't wait to see my results after month 2! And I will definitely buy the 2nd round of the program when I'm done with round 1!!! 2 THUMBS UP
