    Can I just say I am in LOVE with Fitness Blender!! My weight loss journey began in July of 2014 and not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for weight loss help. I searched on youtube and found fitness blender and during those weeks I found myself loosing the weight. But due to me not being discipline enough I gained the weight back and it went back and forth. So for the new year I said I will start this and finish. So I purchased the Plan to help me stay focus and let me tell you I started at 200.8 lbs on Jan 2 and I did a weigh in Jan 9 and my weight was 193.8. I lost 7lbs already!! I paired this plan with a healthy meal plan, intermittent fasting, and exercising once in the morning and evening. They do a wonderful job of adding quotes and extra activities to help keep you motivated but you have to keep going!     I have had some issues with being able to do the exercises. I like how in many of the newer videos easy/hard versions of the same exercises are often shown. I have gotten very frustrated on a few of the videos in this program that had moves that I could not do, and had to scramble to find some easier way. I was about ready to throw my dumbbell at the screen yesterday because the workout was absolutely full of hard-mode exercises that I couldn't do on my best day. I seriously wanted to have a temper tantrum and quit. However, I am seeing results after two weeks of this program. I'll stick with it, and hopefully at some point I may be able to actually DO all the exercises. I just wish I'd picked one of the newer rounds instead of the first, because hopefully those have more of the recent videos with low/high impact choices for each exercise.

    I just bought this and I'm very excited to try the 8 week fat loss. Can someone recommend if adding the 4 week meal plan will be beneficial with this 8 week program?

    I am just into my Round 1 Week 2 and I am really digging this. I even look forward to waking up at 4:30am to get my workout in and start my day. I never thought I would do that because nothing has ever impressed me to even think about waking up that early. What captured my attention was the diversity of the workouts, the professional appearance, and the challenge without being to incredibly difficult. Thank you for getting me motivated to get back in the game and become more physically fit.

    I just bought this program and I'm so excited to use it! But after downloading it on my iPad ive noticed that none of the links to the actual workouts are clickable. Any advice?

    I love all their programs! So thankful for them! Down 32 pounds so far! This note is for Tam pham-dao who left a question in the reviews about how to watch the videos. Each workout day has at least one click-able link to the matching video(s). Just click on the link and it opens the video automatically in your browser.

    After so many positive reviews, I'm not sure I'm adding anything that others haven't already contributed. I've never reviewed any product before, but I felt compelled to recommend this to anyone on the fence. In the course of my life I've had periods of high physical activity and periods of laziness. Honestly no amount of activity I've experienced has felt like something I could continue doing indefinitely. But this workout program has really instilled in me the feeling that setting aside 45min-hour most days of the week is completely sustainable. Although I've spent many long minutes of burpees and mountain climbers cursing Kelli and Dan as beautiful sadists, their workouts do have the feel of attentive encouragement. Their tone is pragmatic rather than demanding. There is a great feeling of sympathy when you watch them lose balance or bend over exhausted after the exercises. Frankly, I've kind of grown to like them. If Jillian Michaels or others seem obnoxious then these guys are a... More > great alternative. I'm recommending this tool because its been indispensable in figuring out how to schedule work-outs into my life. For an all-or-nothing person like me, that's pretty amazing for $10. I have a couple friends who drop $15 a session on cross-fit. I badgered them into doing one of these work-outs with me (of course I picked the most difficult so that I could feel really smug) and they were dying by the end. I wasn't in the best or worse shape when I started, but now in my final week I love seeing how much stronger I've become. I'm eating better, running faster, sleeping deeper and I'm not counting the days until the program is over. It is possible that I've lost more weight on other programs. But those programs are a little depressing since you know you can't possibly maintain that level of activity forever and will gain the weight back eventually. I prefer this one by a mile.
