Nov 26, 2014Love it! Thank you so much for offering such a great and diverse program. I am noticing a difference all ready after 2 weeks. Will definitely be purchasing Round 2!
Nov 24, 2014I just bought this program and I'm so excited to use it! But after downloading it on my iPad ive noticed that none of the links to the actual workouts are clickable. Any advice?
Oct 28, 2014I love all their programs! So thankful for them! Down 32 pounds so far! This note is for Tam pham-dao who left a question in the reviews about how to watch the videos. Each workout day has at least one click-able link to the matching video(s). Just click on the link and it opens the video automatically in your browser.
Oct 9, 2014I bought this book thinking that this is a 8 weeks video training. Is there video training like on YouTube ? Anyone please help me how do you get your training?
Aug 26, 2014Great workout program!
Aug 25, 2014After so many positive reviews, I'm not sure I'm adding anything that others haven't already contributed. I've never reviewed any product before, but I felt compelled to recommend this to anyone on the fence. In the course of my life I've had periods of high physical activity and periods of laziness. Honestly no amount of activity I've experienced has felt like something I could continue doing indefinitely. But this workout program has really instilled in me the feeling that setting aside 45min-hour most days of the week is completely sustainable. Although I've spent many long minutes of burpees and mountain climbers cursing Kelli and Dan as beautiful sadists, their workouts do have the feel of attentive encouragement. Their tone is pragmatic rather than demanding. There is a great feeling of sympathy when you watch them lose balance or bend over exhausted after the exercises. Frankly, I've kind of grown to like them. If Jillian Michaels or others seem obnoxious then these guys are a... More > great alternative. I'm recommending this tool because its been indispensable in figuring out how to schedule work-outs into my life. For an all-or-nothing person like me, that's pretty amazing for $10. I have a couple friends who drop $15 a session on cross-fit. I badgered them into doing one of these work-outs with me (of course I picked the most difficult so that I could feel really smug) and they were dying by the end. I wasn't in the best or worse shape when I started, but now in my final week I love seeing how much stronger I've become. I'm eating better, running faster, sleeping deeper and I'm not counting the days until the program is over. It is possible that I've lost more weight on other programs. But those programs are a little depressing since you know you can't possibly maintain that level of activity forever and will gain the weight back eventually. I prefer this one by a mile. I'm thankful there is something so reasonable and effective available.< Less
Jul 18, 2014I just finished this exercise program and enjoyed how each days work out is planned for me. I started using their exercise videos 2 years ago but found that I was not losing weight or toning like I wanted. With this round I lost 10lbs, lost 2 inches at my natural waist, 2 inches at my belly button, and 3.5 at my hips. My arms are toned and my cardiovascular has improved so much that I can usually keep up with Kelli or Daniel (without hitting the pause button). My two things I didn't like was that these are their older videos so most are them are just counting down when to start and count down when to stop. You don't get that wonderful motivational talk through most of their video in this round. However By the end of the second month you do start seeing some newer video in which you hear Daniels voice encouraging you on. I realized that I really like the timer in their newer videos and really missed it in these videos. It is a Great motivational tool. The other thing that didn't work... More > for me but maybe someone else is splitting up the exercise video sets into two round in one day- with one video and then doing another video at least 4 hours latter. With my schedule that did not really work for me. I have an hour to workout and a farm and children to run. So I just stacked the workout together. Would I recommend this exercise program -totally but only to someone that has a good cardiovascular in place. First week is easy but then then they step it up after that. I would recommend one of there other programs first if you don't have that in place then you can do this round. I have moved on to round 4 and can't wait for the results. Don't let time, kids, work, TV or the computer distract you from taking this 8 week challenge. You will be amazed at the increase of energy -even after one of there intense workout. You will not be disappointed.!!!!< Less
May 11, 2014It should be noted that a few workouts use more than just you and a pair of dumbbells or bands to do like A treadmill, track, or marked course, a pull up bar, bench or step, medicine ball. I'm sure I can figure something out but I purchased this hoping it would provide all workouts I could do at home with out having to buy anything beyond the dumbbells I own. Otherwise, I'm sure it will be just as good as the Fitness Blender workouts I already am a fan of.
May 6, 2014This guide is absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away after paying so little for it. It's one of the most comprehensive books to healthy eating I've ever read, and provides any information you could possibly need to properly improve your diet and eating lifestyle. The guide is perfect for people like me who don't want to go through the trouble of deciding what to eat for what meals--they've literally planned each and every snack down to the teaspoon, and compiled neat shopping lists for the groceries I need. Actually, I've used many other guides included in premier fitness programs, and this guide is more comprehensive, and easier to use than those other commercial ones. The time and effort these two have put into the guide definitely shine through to distinguish it as a quality, quality product. It's an absolute steal at the price they sell it at, and they should be charging at least double that amount. In summary, if you buy it, you definitely won't regret your purchase.
Apr 17, 2014Such a wonderful day by day plan. I am in the middle of month two and I can't get enough. This plan has helped me make wiser diet and exercise choices. Fitness Blender has changed my way of thinking for health and fitness. I am a college freshman in my second semester and I am already planning on buying the 8 week program for busy people so that I can continue working out during the summer and even while I am on a week vacation in New York. I can not praise Fitness Blender enough, I love the work outs (especially after work out complete!) because they are challenging yet doable in even my small dorm room.
