    I've just finished the 1st month of the program today and my weight went from 131lbs to 126lbs! Which means I lost around 1 pound per week which is amazing to me! I wasn't expecting to loose 8 pounds or more cause I normally don't loose fat that fast and my goal weight is 120 anyway. By the end of month 2, I'm confident I will have reach my goal. This program is amazing, it works every body parts and you never get bored cause everyday it's a different workout. If you really follow the program and eat healthy, you're gonna loose weight, guaranteed! And I like it because I don't have to ask myself if I'm doing enough hours of workout per week. It's like working out with personal trainers! Can't wait to see my results after month 2! And I will definitely buy the 2nd round of the program when I'm done with round 1!!! 2 THUMBS UP

    I love this program!! I first discovered fitness blender when I was trying out HIIT and found their free videos on YouTube. After a few months of half "butt"ing it, I realized I was probably just wasting my time. I did not know how to work out properly and am frankly not smart enough, patient enough, or creative enough to put together a work out program that would work all parts of my body. With this program I had parts of my body that were sore for the first time ever.. I mean, I just didn't realize I had muscles there! I am at the end of week 4 and am noticing that I am less tired through the day, feel greater about myself, and am more conscious about what I put inside my body, What's better is that I am sticking to the program and am working out 5-6 days a week. This is more than I ever have before.. And all for $8! I have spent much more at the gym and have not received this great a work out. I just did not put in the time and effort at the gym as I am with this program... More > at home. Daniel and Kelli are like motivational personal trainers. Very great stuff and truly a blessing! Equipment: They say you only need dumb bells but I have collected a few items since beginning this program. You will need a balance ball, kettlebell, a jump rope, and multiple sized dumb bells. There are a few exercises on a balance ball and when I discovered I did not own one, I was not sure how to complete my work out for the day./did not feel like I was getting the full work out for the day. Get these items!! After I conclude this 8 week program I plan to purchase their other programs. I am so grateful for their videos, I just feel I need to support their efforts every way I can. (I'm sure my body would appreciate it too..,!) I know I still have a long way to go, but FB is highly motivational and a huge inspiration to me. Daniel and Kelli, please keep doing what you do!< Less

    I started this program Sept. 16 and right now(Oct. 22) I'm on my second week of the second month. I was going to write a review after I'd finish but I'm just so happy with my results...I couldn't wait to tell you guys how AMAZING this is! With this program and a healthy diet I dropped 2 1/2 inches of my waist. And now I'm healthier, stronger, flexible and bonus...confident! ADIOS FAT!!! After this I will continue with round 2! It's totally worth the time and money. So go for it, YOU CAN DO IT!

    I have not started yet. But I am mad that I bought something not knowing if I was going to need to uses equipment. I wish it would be in the description to warn before buying. So since I don't have the equipment can I still see the same results?

    This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. I cannot believe the changes in my overall strength and physique. I no longer dread going up the stairs because I am so tired. I have so much more energy. I love that these exercises are so simple to do. And I love that there is such a great variety. I am not one to just walk every day or run every day. I need variety and this program is just that. It felt so good to walk in front of a store window today and like what I saw and to think that I am only 3 weeks into this. I cannot believe how great I feel! Thank you!!

    Three days in and so far, so good. Each movement is well explained and the daily exercises are well combined for a complete workout. I can't wait to see my progress after 8 weeks.

    Amazing! I had absolutely no idea that "simple" exercises like jumping jacks, squats, and lunges could be so hard. The program looks and sounds simple, but every single routine had me sweating. I saw results after just 2 weeks (10 workouts), and others could see my hard work paying off after an additional week! I haven't kept track of how many lbs. I've lost, however, after finishing the first half of this workout I have lost about 5 inches from my waist and I'm fitting into clothes that I haven't worn in years!

    I'm finished with day 14 and I can already say this is my new favorite book! I love that the links are included with each day's routine. The description of the workout and how it will help your body is very motivating, especially on a harder workout day. A few weeks in and I've already lost 8 lbs. The way they present the videos and explain proper technique motivates me to do better. I've never been enthusiastic about exercising, but now my day is not complete if I don't do one of their videos! I talk about this book and the Fitness Blender website to anyone who will listen!
