May 6, 2014This guide is absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away after paying so little for it. It's one of the most comprehensive books to healthy eating I've ever read, and provides any information you could possibly need to properly improve your diet and eating lifestyle. The guide is perfect for people like me who don't want to go through the trouble of deciding what to eat for what meals--they've literally planned each and every snack down to the teaspoon, and compiled neat shopping lists for the groceries I need. Actually, I've used many other guides included in premier fitness programs, and this guide is more comprehensive, and easier to use than those other commercial ones. The time and effort these two have put into the guide definitely shine through to distinguish it as a quality, quality product. It's an absolute steal at the price they sell it at, and they should be charging at least double that amount. In summary, if you buy it, you definitely won't regret your purchase.
Apr 17, 2014Such a wonderful day by day plan. I am in the middle of month two and I can't get enough. This plan has helped me make wiser diet and exercise choices. Fitness Blender has changed my way of thinking for health and fitness. I am a college freshman in my second semester and I am already planning on buying the 8 week program for busy people so that I can continue working out during the summer and even while I am on a week vacation in New York. I can not praise Fitness Blender enough, I love the work outs (especially after work out complete!) because they are challenging yet doable in even my small dorm room.
Mar 29, 2014I am only on day 3 but I love this program. I have been using Fitness Blender videos for awhile and I love the way my body feels both during and after their kick butt workouts but I still felt lost when it came to what video I should do on what days. This program simplifies this and makes maintaining fitness simple to follow. Like other reviewers have said, DO NOT be fooled by the title of the first week workouts. They are tough and have pushed me every day.

Feb 24, 2014This workout programme has been great for me; it's absolutely kicked my ass and I'm quite fit. I'm just over halfway through and while I have only lost a little bit of scale weight I have lost an inch on my waist and can see more definition on my body. I have just purchase the second programme ready to start as soon as I have done with this one. I would say that before you start it, make sure you have the correct equipment like dumbells and a physioball but well worth the investment.
Feb 22, 2014This is my 2nd week on the program and simply loving the butt kick workouts.....just after 2 weeks i can fit in to my pre pregnancy cloths (yipeee)....though i hvnt lost much weight still, i feel THIN AND FIT....dont get fooled when they say its easy on the 1st week....hahahah it is not.....im sore all over didnt even knw this muscles exists....lol..THANK U MR AND MRS BLENDER.....for the awesome workout.....RESPECT....from SRILANKA

Dec 23, 2013This is such a great workout program. I have certainly learned very quickly how poor of shape I am in. By the third week I am thinking this was not the best program for me to begin with. I am considering getting one of the 4 week programs, starting from there, and working my way up to the 8 week program. I already see results after just the first two weeks, and I am only doing the prescribed workouts about every other day. Don't be fooled, even the first week is VERY difficult if you are not already in somewhat decent shape. Thanks, FitnessBlender!
Dec 9, 2013This was the first program I purchased from Fitness Blender (notice I said first and not only) and I'm extremely happy with that decision. I saw results within the first week by sticking to the workout schedule (minus the extra credit) and eating healthy. My body became toned and my energy increased. I've spread the news about Fitness Blender to so many people and will continue to do so.
