Feb 22, 2014This is my 2nd week on the program and simply loving the butt kick workouts.....just after 2 weeks i can fit in to my pre pregnancy cloths (yipeee)....though i hvnt lost much weight still, i feel THIN AND FIT....dont get fooled when they say its easy on the 1st week....hahahah it is not.....im sore all over didnt even knw this muscles exists....lol..THANK U MR AND MRS BLENDER.....for the awesome workout.....RESPECT....from SRILANKA

Dec 23, 2013This is such a great workout program. I have certainly learned very quickly how poor of shape I am in. By the third week I am thinking this was not the best program for me to begin with. I am considering getting one of the 4 week programs, starting from there, and working my way up to the 8 week program. I already see results after just the first two weeks, and I am only doing the prescribed workouts about every other day. Don't be fooled, even the first week is VERY difficult if you are not already in somewhat decent shape. Thanks, FitnessBlender!
Dec 9, 2013This was the first program I purchased from Fitness Blender (notice I said first and not only) and I'm extremely happy with that decision. I saw results within the first week by sticking to the workout schedule (minus the extra credit) and eating healthy. My body became toned and my energy increased. I've spread the news about Fitness Blender to so many people and will continue to do so.
Dec 1, 2013I finished this program on November 27, 2013. I had been using Fitness Blender's free workouts for quite a while, but felt like I needed more direction in choosing daily workout videos. This program was exactly what I needed. I lost 10 pounds, shaved a minute off my mile, and feel so much more fit. The results are amazing, the videos are great, and I can't wait to start round 2 tomorrow!
Nov 10, 2013I love this program!! I first discovered fitness blender when I was trying out HIIT and found their free videos on YouTube. After a few months of half "butt"ing it, I realized I was probably just wasting my time. I did not know how to work out properly and am frankly not smart enough, patient enough, or creative enough to put together a work out program that would work all parts of my body. With this program I had parts of my body that were sore for the first time ever.. I mean, I just didn't realize I had muscles there! I am at the end of week 4 and am noticing that I am less tired through the day, feel greater about myself, and am more conscious about what I put inside my body, What's better is that I am sticking to the program and am working out 5-6 days a week. This is more than I ever have before.. And all for $8! I have spent much more at the gym and have not received this great a work out. I just did not put in the time and effort at the gym as I am with this program... More > at home. Daniel and Kelli are like motivational personal trainers. Very great stuff and truly a blessing! Equipment: They say you only need dumb bells but I have collected a few items since beginning this program. You will need a balance ball, kettlebell, a jump rope, and multiple sized dumb bells. There are a few exercises on a balance ball and when I discovered I did not own one, I was not sure how to complete my work out for the day./did not feel like I was getting the full work out for the day. Get these items!! After I conclude this 8 week program I plan to purchase their other programs. I am so grateful for their videos, I just feel I need to support their efforts every way I can. (I'm sure my body would appreciate it too..,!) I know I still have a long way to go, but FB is highly motivational and a huge inspiration to me. Daniel and Kelli, please keep doing what you do!< Less
Oct 22, 2013I started this program Sept. 16 and right now(Oct. 22) I'm on my second week of the second month. I was going to write a review after I'd finish but I'm just so happy with my results...I couldn't wait to tell you guys how AMAZING this is! With this program and a healthy diet I dropped 2 1/2 inches of my waist. And now I'm healthier, stronger, flexible and bonus...confident! ADIOS FAT!!! After this I will continue with round 2! It's totally worth the time and money. So go for it, YOU CAN DO IT!
Oct 20, 2013I have not started yet. But I am mad that I bought something not knowing if I was going to need to uses equipment. I wish it would be in the description to warn before buying. So since I don't have the equipment can I still see the same results?
