I teach moderation, there is no need to deprive ourselves of the things we love. That only leads to us being grumpy and bingeing. Not all of these recipes are super healthy or clean but I felt I needed to include all of what my family and I eat. (Portion control is what’s important.) My family and I have been cooking together and enjoying our dinners for years, it’s about time I give that opportunity to others. I’ve also included a section on dinner planning and prepping to share some of my favorite time savings tips so you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen.
