    This book is a good "guide", i admit i had higher expectations interms of it providing exmples of what a 2500-3000 calorie meal plan consisted of or more exercises to develop the lower body. but then again it IS geared towards people who are just STARTING their body transformations and wouldnt know the BASICS. so to any newbie this book is perfect, it is also good if you are interested in natural (herbal) enhancement products [provides alot of detail in this area] but if you already know the basics then this book isnt for you... either way good job kimberly i applaud you!

    This book is great... I'm thankful that I had purchased it.. I'm a thick girl and my fat that I wanted in a flat portion of my but and is fuller than it use to be. I can really jiggle with it now.. Thanks Kim for the insight. If you are a skinny girl looking for some curves and are willing to work hard for it this is a great book along with her other things on her website...
