    "Great, Simple to Use Book " I came across this book, and was intrigued by the author's credentials. I liked the concept. Just a collection of a private chef's favorite recipes collected over years. I bought it and was delighted by the simple and straight forward layout. Just recipes. No blab and ego nonsense. The dishes are very high quality types that you would find in first class restaurants, but they are laid out so simply that anyone that can cook can do them. I highly recommend it!
