The Rusting Cars of Wakulla are an informal roadside attraction composed of retired farm cars and trucks from the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. This calendar is updated for 2019.
They are a roadside curiosity visible from US-319 just south of Crawfordville, Florida. After a life of hard use on a local farm, these cars and trucks were parked in orderly lines in a small clearing. Now, they slowly decompose and disintegrate with dignity. These interesting antiques catch the light wonderfully, draw a few visitors each day, and remind folks of days gone by. Now, you can see some of these old Dodges, DeSotos and other vehicles every day in this 2019 calendar.
These rusting relics are just one of the little wonders that you'll find when you slow down and wander through Florida's Wakulla County.
