The Green Haired Boy

Tells the story of a seventeen named K who lives in the suburbs. K feels dissatisfied with his life given the fact that he has everything he wants. He enjoys plucking the guitar strings of his electric guitar, unplugged, and out of tune. K listens to the nomination for President, and the speeches of supporting Politicians. He becomes angry and his emotions move him to action. At the same time he has problems with high school, a lack of friendships, and a hollow feeling he gets in his life with his parents. He takes the usual route of rebellion listening to loud music and dying his hair green. K goes to a concert where an opportunity for romance presents itself, which he declines. He does his favorite things before stealing the means to go to on a trip from which he doesn't intend to come back.
