This is a compilation of two books of fables written by Laura Richards in 1905 and 1906. I have printed these with the intention of using them as a reader for second and third grade. If you use the Charlotte Mason method you will love these short fables! They would also be wonderful for a second grade Main Lesson Block if you use Waldorf-inspired teaching methods.
