Carole Gill's review of THE GAME! Hello professor! Those words got me! Well, it’s everyone’s worst night mare. You’re sitting and typing and suddenly your pc starts mouthing off with text--text you didn’t write! And so starts Lee Pletzer’s new horror novel, The Game. When Phillip McKenzie, the game’s creator reads those words he knows he’s in trouble. You see, there’s something inside and it ain’t just Intel—there’s something he didn’t program in there. He gets dragged inside and finds himself in a dungeon. His daughter and her brother find themselves battling real evil. The story pulls us right in. You’re hooked immediately. The imagery is horrifying and vivid. Lee pulls no proverbial punches. He’s taken us for a wicked ride and the thing is, I wanted to go! The Game became very real to me as I was reading it too, horrifyingly so. I was suffering along with the characters. I wanted to help them battle their way out. You see this is an interactive book in a way. It’s so engrossing... More > that we feel the terror. If you like well-written, graphic horror with an exciting story and fully drawn characters too, get this book! Oh! And one more thing! You will never regard games the same way again!< Less
