The Grand Jury has just declared Councilman Covington, AKA Royam, guilty of being the King Pin of the notorious Drug Starr Cartel posthumously. With his demise, Kellen is appointed to the throne of the syndicate. City officials and other unscrupulous characters now scurry to divvy up Royam’s share of the illegal activities and profits. Suddenly, a rash of violence breaks out on the streets. From the modus operandi, it is clear to Lenny B that Royam is back and exacting vengeance on everyone who betrayed him.
