On July 4th 1862, on a riverboat journey in Oxford, Lewis Carroll first told Alice Liddell and her sisters about a bored little girl who followed a white rabbit into Wonderland.
This year, artists from around the world have collaborated to produce a new illustrated edition of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the story's first telling.
In celebration of Lewis Carroll, but also of the huge and enduring impact his works have had on the world of art and literature, all proceeds from the sale of this book will go to the British Library's conservation fund.
Other editions are also available in paperback and pdf: http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/SarieGrant
