    "Information You Need To Know!" Tips Beyond Diet and Exercise...is the second book in the Common Threads Series by Linda Dodrill. After reading her first Common Threads publication, I knew that I had to read the second! Linda takes the common information from a variety of sources and distills them down into the information that you need. While the first publication (A Nutritious Lifestyle and Fat Loss Diet) in the series dealt with starting on your way to a healthier lifestyle and fat loss, the second goes beyond dieting and exercise, taking us into the realm of superfoods, anti-oxidants, and various other health factors that we should all know (but don't!). I strongly recommend this book! With all the bits of common truth that she has gathered, I save on the research and gain all the rewards of learning and applying the information in my life.
