I created this book to log my fitness journey. You should be able to fit a years worth of training logs in this book. You also get three 12-week plans ready to be filled out. In addition you can also track your progress by logging physical measurements, your 1RM and test results for your cardio vascular fitness. The appendix contain brief useful information.
