Memory & Space: A Case Study of Historic Fort Wayne, Detroit

This thesis project explores the relationship between memory and the built environment. First, memory is explored and related to form and space. Then taking the case study of Historic Fort Wayne in Detroit, MI, memory is explored at a site-specific location. Finally a project is proposed that encompasses the theories and ideas expressed.
