This book contains the memories of a Share Croppers daughter, who grew up in the boot heel of Missouri, and went through hard times from the Great Depression. Even though they were poor and things were bad, she recalls sad times, but mostly happy times, and tells of the struggles she witnessed throughout her life from childhood to the Golden Years.
