All people need to be aware of the threats when confronting a Bio Hazard / Bioterrorism or related threats, and what they can do in protecting themselves or others, and in reducing or preventing Bio Hazards from becoming wide spread.I have included some Evacuation plan considerations. This book can also be used as a training guide for our police, Fire Rescue, and Military personnel. Bio Hazards and Bioterrorism is one of the worst threats that humankind face today, and that all people should tell others too, it may save a life or lives.
