I was so moved by this book. Beautiful words of true spirituality and devotion...made me think of the strength it takes to not just choose the sacred path, but actually walk on it.

"A 21st Century Sufi Classic" I've learned that a creation in the process of creating is the highest state of being. This is the essence of meditation--of creative meditation and meditative creation. To be, and only be. To be is and not was. "Impregnated with Desire" is a beautiful meditation on Love, the Divine, and the Self within Divine Love. Reading each work is like deep breathing--peaceful and paceful, probing and revelatory. "consume me with your love so I might forget that I am" This is what it means to be devoted; to surrender yourself, to allow yourself to be used completely by Divine Love, for the love and edification of All of Creation--to dissolve yourself in the Light and Life of the Cosmos. "Impregnated with Desire" is a wonderful creation from a wonderful creation. A meditation in prose, rhythmic movement on paper. Luz Emma Canas Madrigal truly reveals herself to be a vessel of Truth, of Divine Cosmic Love, which is the birthright of All of Creation. One can only hope for more messages and meditations, crafted just as beautifully. In my view, this work can be considered a 21st Century classic, placed comfortably within the canon of Sufi poetry. --->Ryan T. Frazier::S. Ka Sabaka< Less

Wow! An alluring and profoundly artful piece that reflects pure expression of inner self . Luz Emma Canas Madrigal eloquently puts together a soulful dish of words that will nourish your mind and soul. Some of the poems sound like prayers, which inspire beyond one’s own expectations. A number of them stir dormant emotions, and make you wonder. This book is soothing, inspiring, engaging, healing, and amazing!
