As both an executor and a beneficiary, I found this book to be a great resource. Using plain language, and with a sense of the high emotions that can accompany estate questions, it provides clarity on the many factors that are involved in estate processing. The simple question and answer format, grouped in chapters by topic, is both easy to quickly read through and makes finding specific answers simple. It sets out the places where matters are cut-and-dried, and where there is a need to consider the specific situation at hand.
