Shirdi Sai Baba Life and Time

In Shirdi God Khandova's temple is very famous. It is popular by the name, 'Khandova Temple.' The groom's family on reaching Shirdi stopped first in the premises of the Khandova temple. Those days Mahalsapati was the chief priest of the temple. As he saw Baba getting down from the bullock cart, soon with his divine powers he had recognized God disguised as Baba. He at that spur of the moment fell in the feet's of Baba and Said with his eyes watering, "Sai my Sai you became so late in coming, Shirdi is anxiously waiting for you since long. Now with your holy feet get salvation for Shirdi." On seeing him Mahalsapati had addressed him as 'Sai', hence from here his disciples started calling him by the names like, 'Sai', 'SaiBaba', 'Sainath'. Sai picked up Mahalsapati and smilingly Said to him, "My and Shirdi's relation is very old, I was waiting for the suitable time to come here and finally the time has come today and now this Sai will not go anywhere leaving Shirdi."
