Our Altar Missal, "Bless the Lord at All Times," s a new revision of both volumes of "Serve Ye the Lord with Gladness," in one 800 page hard-bound book, with some added entries. It is the Altar Missal of the Celtic Orthodox Christian Church. It is also a valuable resource for all Christians because it covers prayers for most of the day, and all of the Liturgical year.
The verse of Oengus the Cele De begins each "fixed" day entry, and there is a description of the Saints of the day by his ancient glossator, with added notes from other sources.
It includes the Ordinary of the Lorrha-Stowe (Irish-Celtic) Mass, Prayers and Responses throughout the year as well as Pascha, Christmas, Pentecost, Palm Sunday. The Sacraments of Confession, Baptism, Chrismation, and Anointing of the Sick are here.
The daytime “Hours” and Funeral are also added, and there are some hymns and music.
