I am a big fan of "The Adventures of Elliott Parks" series. I was very happy to read Francis Mcgee, after all I have a cousin who is a 4 year old little girl and her mom can't get the child to put on a dress. Who are we to say how anybody should dress. Its whatever makes you feel comfortable and I believe as long as we don't hurt anybody and treat everybody the way we would like to be treated. Who cares how a child likes to dress, it's all about expressing yourself.

As a writer I am very proud of The Adventures of Elliott Parks series. I believe a character like Elliott can help children overcome some obstacles they may face in life. Elliott and his friends teach children in a friendly and fun way. The illustrations are child-like so that children can relate to them. The Adventures of Elliott Parks series believes strongly in teaching children values. It's about what really matters in life. Not every book is a life lesson. Some of the books are just about being a kid and having fun. Please enjoy them and keep reading. Thank you, Maria Lisa Hartgrove & Elliott Parks.

I have been following this series for a while. I never expected a character like Francis Mcgee in the Adventures of Elliott Parks series. This was a complete suprise. Now for my review, Francis Mcgee is a delite. A wonderful boy that finds happiness dressing in his moms clothing. Confused about the idea that this makes him feel comfortable is upsetting to him. This book is for the ages between 10 and 14. I really think this teaches us all about exceptance. And what unconditional love means.

Well what can I say about this book. I'll tell you this, it was a surprise. I loved Francis and the fact that he was so honest with his parents was surprising for me. I hope that young people going through this at such a tender age would be able to go to there parents. Family support is very important. Nice book.

I have a brother who is alot like Francis Mcgee. I am so happy that we are finally talking about real life situations. So many people struggle with there identity. It's heartbreaking. I am happy Francis Mcgee has two wonderful parents that support him, love is unconditional. Pass this book along to someone who has a child that might be struggling. A fine book with a nice message.
