    I never enjoyed making pies because I was always horrible at making pie crusts until using the recipe in this book. My crusts come out flakey and perfect every time now! I HIGHLY recommend this book - not only for the pie crust - but also the red velvet cake recipe is fantastic.

    The strawberry rhubarb pie is just the perfect blend of sweet and tart. I'm not a natural when it comes to baking so the simple/straight to the point baking instructions were very helpful. I'm still working on the others, so stay tuned....
