"dissolving the barrier between "us" and the world" This is a remarkable book that will make you question your ingrained assumptions and beliefs about who you really are. The Conversation puts under the spotlight, the ceaseless internal debate about identity, reality and purpose that afflicts so many of us today. The discourse that unfolds between two strangers highlights our unthinking acceptance of mental habits and social norms, and uncovers the ways in which our constructed sense of who we are prevents us from experiencing life in a deeper, more spontaneous and rewarding way. The Conversation does not provide easy answers. Instead, it urges us to cease our restless search for meaning, and to realise that we are not the contents of our mind.
