Balancing Energy In (food Calories) and Energy Out is what weight loss and weight gain are all about. Tip the seesaw toward Energy In, and you gain weight; tip the seesaw toward Energy Out, and you lose weight. Along the way you’ll find out how to calculate your daily Calorie needs, how much weight you should lose, how many Calories various exercises use, gain some strategies and motivation for weight loss. "Physicist's Guide to Wright Loss" This book really cut to the chase. I like its simple and straight forward approach to losing weight. I've lost 15 pounds already in 3 weeks. If you're tired of hype and confusion in other diet books, then read this one.

"Weight Loss" As a physician, I can tell you Mr. Buesing has hit the proverbial nail on the head. Losing weight is really about balancing caloric intake with caloric output. The book is simple and easy to read. I'm recommending it to my patients.

"Physics Weight Loss" I recommend this book to anyone who never "got" the other diet books. I read it in one sitting and now I get it! Not sure I'll use all the tables, but they're there if you need them. I'm loosing weight as I type this :-)

"It's really simple" I was a bit intimidated by the title, but the book really is simple to understand. What I really like is that you can use it with any diet. I've combined the physics ideas with my other diet and I really understand the weight loss process better. I get it! (And I really didn't get physics when I took it in school.) I also liked the motivation chapter -- it's no nonsense.
