MY PERSONAL GUIDE TO HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS...

I have faced weight issues almost my entire adult life. I yo-yoed up and down the scale many times. I have tried a lot of programs and I feel like I have literally tried it all. I incorperated what worked best for me and have complied all the information to share with you what has worked for me. I weighed 215 lbs three years ago, I lost 65 lbs in 8 months and have kept it off for 2 years now. I also include some of my favorite recipes, all of which are delicious and nutritious. There are also a couple of inspirational poems that have helped me through a few rough spots.
