Brossman's Social Media and OnLine Resource Directory for Business is remarkable in several ways, not least of which is that it comes with a group introduction and Q&A about the book if bought before June 30, 2010 (see item #10). 1. It has articles to introduce the newcomer to social media topics and sites. 2. It sifts through million of sites on the internet to highlight the most prominent ones to focus on. 3. In addition to the social media sites and examples, there is a significant section on online resources - free conference calling, low-cost images, text to audio conversion, sharing documents and much much more. 4. If you're in the Triangle, you'll become familiar with local experts and learn about online resources in the area and in NC. 5. It is a large sized book which makes it easier to fold open on your desk, with space to write notes in and mark up. 6.
