Purchased this for a cohort's perspective after 30+ years in estate and construction management. I learned a lot from this book and believe it shares a realistic perspective on the challenges of private service. Mr. Mongiello details pertinent and concise information on day-to-day/year-to-year operations and management. A defined and insightful outline that could be very helpful to anyone considering employment in this arena.
