The Soul Food Edition is full of deep rooted and soulful recipes that have been handed down from my parents. Mom had a creole heritage and both my mom and dad were from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. They both were fantastic cooks just as most of the men and women in my family are. If you love southern cuisine, this is definitely the book for you.
