"Applicability..." Mary Burns presents a timely topic related not only to corporate America, but to today's graduate students across all learning disciplines. The concepts included in this book exemplify concerns regarding adult learners today, particularly the millenials in graduate education. Research aimed at addressing "Entitled To What" concepts in the medical community would prove beneficial. Thank you for the addition of your great work to corporate America, the business community and life-long learners everywhere. Shari M.
