"Compete with Meat really does!" I ordered this book on Amazon.com and the first recipe I made was the Veggie Loaf. I have had my share of meat loaf over the years and prided myself with making one of the tastiest meat loafs around and the secret was in the meat. I didn't think you could make a comparable vegetable loaf. I was wrong. The title of the book lives up to it's name because the Veggie Loaf really does compete with a meat loaf.
