    "Eat Smart has great easy to follow recipes." This book helped me to finally be successful at cooking a vegitarian dish. The first recipe I tryed in the book was " Peas & Rice Piquant" and it turned out delicious. Normally, I just boil or fry things so following the directions in Eat Smart made me feel like a gourmet vegitarian chef.
