The original book was written by May Francis Heath in 1930. It has been reprinted with an index by Kit Lane and the Saugatuck-Douglas Historical Society. The 204 page book is a history of Saugatuck and Douglas from 1830 to 1930.Illustrated by Carl Hoerman.
