I have enjoyed studying the Bible and what it says about the environment, particularly as I have been teaching Christian leaders in Rwanda. The Rwandan Government is very keen on environmental issues but I came to the conclusion that unless the Church was totally committed, very little would be done at grass roots level. Initially this was written for local Christian leaders but I have become convinced that this is an important issue for the whole church worldwide. Unless people of faith are committed to preserving our world its situation will continue to get worse. This is the result of that study and contains my findings. I have been excited and amazed by how committed God is to our world. Our committment should be reflected in our worship.
