    Meg has helped me turn around a series of problems with her coaching, her cooking and her loving kindness. By going dairy and gluten free, I have more energy, less depression, less anxiety, less anger. I had no idea that gluten and dairy sensitivity could mess up my entire physical/emotional/mental balance. Her recipes make staying on a gluten/dairy free diet easy. I don't feel like I'm giving up anything, but only gaining. And the recipes are easy to follow, something I really needed! I am most proud of mastering her Chicken Piccata recipe. It's one of my favorites. My grandchildren (3 and 20 months) love it, too. Done With Dairy-Giving Up Gluten is my favorite cookbook. Couldn't do without it.

    This cookbook is my all time favorite cookbook. I love that it has whole meals... Serve this with this, and this with this! I never know what should go with what, and this cookbook spells it out. PLUS I also used this cookbook and lost over 20 pounds. After I gave birth to my second child I was 20 pounds heavy and really needed help getting back down, and with this cookbook alone, I took it off!! I'm not making this up. What else? The recipes are so tasty, I have a child who is gluten sensitive, and this gives great substitutes. I will also say that I do eat diary, and so I would sometimes substitute real dairy as well, and it worked awesomely... The book is pure GOLD.
