Once the type of hair loss is determined, the underlying cause must be determined. This book includes over fifty possible causes including nutritional deficiencies and many other imbalances--some of which are easily correctable. Real life stories of the emotional aspects of female hair loss are interspersed within this book to make it relatable and conversational.
The second section of this book is dedicated to natural remedies that have been used successfully to improve female hair loss conditions.
