What a wonderful book! I now want to go out and purchase a crepe pan and start making all sorts of crepes from appetizers, to main dishes, to scrumptious desserts. The short stories told; about worldly travel experiences, family traditions, and the knack of how to make these "feather weight" perfect crepes, were just so well written and delightful to read.
