"poorly done book" Although the author of this book probably has great intentions, it is so poorly written and formatted that the book is not very helpful. In many cases, it's difficult to understand what the author was trying to say. The author also rambles off topic, which isn't the major problem. The author uses little punctuation, which makes the book difficult to read and understand. Grammar problems are so frequent, it is hard to think about anything else. The author didn't bother to have someone else edit the book or even ensure that the book was formatted consistently throughout. Sometimes the text of the book was flush left, some times flush right, but mostly each line was centered on the page -- like a poem. It's a very short book mostly about services (or lack thereof) in the UK. Comments about the US health system were not accurate. I was very dissappointed.
