This book is the first of a trilogy which follows the adventures of four seemingly ordinary children. Through their adventures they discover new worlds and have many fantastic encounters. Most importantly they find out that by working together, they can achieve much more than by working alone.
"The Quickleys and the Keeper of Balance" Just read this new children's novel by M J Packham and I'm really impressed. A cross between Famous Five/Secret Seven, Harry Potter and Narnia, this book has a fantastic storyline, readable from 8 to 80! The plot is well thought out with many twists and turns. It certainly keeps you guessing to the end. I am looking forward to reading the next novel by this very talented author. Well Done
