Since 1945, the U.S. government has officially set the number of nuclear weapons accidents at thirty-six Broken Arrows. After several years of research and dozens of Freedom of Information Act requests, the authors present documentation on previously classified nuclear weapons accidents in their new book “Broken Arrow, Volume II”.
